1. Disclaimer and Corrections

This document, consisting of the Terms of Use, was last updated in September 26th, 2021. Please read though these carefully before using the HappyToHelp mobile application, operated by us (HappyToHelp). Your access to and use of the HappyToHelp mobile application is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms of Use. These conditions apply to all users and others who access or use the HappyToHelp mobile application, at any time.

 

By accessing or using the HappyToHelp mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. In event of disagreement with any parts of the terms, you may not access the application. We reserve the right to correct any types of errors that might occur. We are always allowed to update the HappyToHelp mobile application without any pre-notice, whenever these actions are needed.

 

2. Payments and In-App-Purchases

If you wish to purchase any available products or services in the HappyToHelp mobile application, you may be asked to supply certain information that’s relevant for the purchase to be approved. All information goes through Apple Inc or Google LLC, which means that Apple or Google might want you to update your billing information. If an error occurs that you think is directly connected to the HappyToHelp mobile application, please contact us.  By purchasing a membership within the app, you automatically agrees to our Terms and Conditions and Terms of Privacy.  In case of suspension or removal of a purchased features, the user will not get his or her money back unless HappyToHelp notifies the user in a matter of this topic.

 

3. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the HappyToHelp mobile application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reasons whatsoever, including without limitation of you breach the Terms of Use. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

4. Content and User Account

The HappyToHelp mobile application allows the user to create, edit, share, make content post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for everything that you share, post, edit or link. Please notice that we have the fully rights to, without any pre-notices whatsoever, delete any posted, shared, edited and linked content. 

 

We own and reserve all the rights to manage, delete, change and suspend any user accounts without any pre-notice or acceptance of the user.  Content that we (HappyToHelp) assesses to be inappropriate or exceed our Terms of Use and Conditions, might be deleted without any pre-notice.

 

5. Links To Other Web Sites

The HappyToHelp mobile application may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by us (HappyToHelp). We have no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that we (HappyToHelp) shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services. 

 

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 60​ days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. In terms of mistakes regarding text, information or anything similar, we own the rights to update in order to solve any of these given problems.
